Overview
To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of John Constable, Bernard Jacobson Gallery presents For John Constable, a portfolio of prints by nineteen artists which was published by the gallery in 1976 to mark his bicentenary. The exhibition will feature editions by artists including Patrick Caulfield, Ivon Hitchens, David Hockney, Howard Hodgkin and William Tillyer. This portfolio will be shown alongside a selection of Constable’s own prints.
